Dr. Timar has been married to his wonderful wife Cynthia for 22 years. They have two children, Bre and Evan. They have resided in Murrieta since 1989. Dr. Timar Has spent over 20 years in the Medical field. He started his under graduate schooling at Pacific Christian College. He also attended Palomar College to receive his paramedic degree. He spent several years as a paramedic in the Palm Springs area. After completing his pre-med program, Dr. Timar attended Life University of Marietta Georgia. Dr. Timar chose Life University because of it state-of-the-art facility and advanced sport science programs.

Dr. Timar has been in private practice here in Murrieta for 11 years. He has served over 6000 patients and their families. He has advanced certifications in Spinal Bio-Mechanics, sports rehabilitation and sport injuries, advanced core training methods as well as advanced muscular therapy techniques. He is also trained in addition to his 6 certifications in 12 deferent spinal adjusting techniques. Dr. Timar loves to learn. He is constantly learning and utilizing the lasted inventions and applying current techniques to his practice.

Hi everyone. Thank you for allowing me to tell you about my philosophy of treating patients. First, all doctors of every kind have a philosophy, art, and scientific side to them. I first of all love what I do. I am a health coach. I am very passionate about helping people balance their muscular, structural and postural systems. I believe in getting patients well with the least amount of treatments needed. I also like to educate patients on how to help themselves with home exercises. I utilized several techniques to do this. First I address the muscular system; it must be balanced, and strengthened. Secondly I provide a spinal adjustment that is right for you and the time. One must not create more pain. I then find the right type of strengthening and stabilizing technique for you. Most of all I work for you. I listen and promise to never over book my office so that I and you enjoy the experience. At Cornerstone Spine Institute patients are not asked to sign ridiculous contracts. Patients are not asked to come in 3 times a week for 12 weeks just because. Every patient is given a specific plan which may include 1 treatment or 7 treatments. Dr. Timar will tell you if he can help you.
